Jon was sure to patiently explain to us how things work. One thing that really stood out to us was how he was always willing to see the homes we were interested in multiple times with us and reached out to the seller’s agent right away. I think what really separates Jon from the rest was that he was engaged in every step including working with the time difference of the mainland lenders that we decided to go with on a short 28 day closing-day. As a first-time home buyer for a competitive single-family, single-level home in Mililani Mauka with a short closing date, a lot of things have to go appropriately and that can cause some stress. Jon did an excellent job answering all of our questions and putting our worries to ease as he masterfully closed the deal.
